1) Cut a glow stick and shake the contents into a jar.

2) Add diamond glitter

3) Seal the top with a lid.

4) Shake.

YUP That's it! And it looks like the photo above!

PLEASE AUDITION!

Hey guys! This is so cool. I just tried it out on my sister. And it looks amazing! You can also use normal colors and use it as an everyday look. I think its really clever and unique. This might not be for everyone but I know it made a lot of you light up inside! There are so many different variations of this too. You can make every other color rotate between metallic and matte finishes, you can repeat colors, you can do only two or three colors instead of all six… just let this be an inspiration to have some fun with your lids every now and then. Your friends will appreciate it! Here’s how:
 
TOOLS:
 
I used these Lime Crime matte liquid liners on Carissa above.
You could also try these gorgeous metallic versions here and here.
 
STEPS:
 
1 Determine which color to start with. I like a darker color on the lashline because it also defines your eyes, but the white shade at the lashline is fun too.
 
2 Then one after the other, start at your inner corner and slowly trace the lashline to the outer corner.
 
3 Go back over lines to try and make them even and smooth. Each time I added a new line, I had to go back to the line directly below it and add a coat.
 
4 Determine how much eye space you have left to decide how many colors you can showcase. We had to stop at 6 because we were already at the crease.
 
5 Wet a pointed Q-tip with water and erase any markings outside of the top line or line endings.
 
6 Add mascara and enjoy!

American Eagle-This store has adorable clothes for amazing prices. Skinnies rock. A lot of times, the clearance rack has awesome stuff you can get for like three bucks. + My mom shops there, so I can just steal from her. Tee-hee.
DeLiA's-This has amazing graphic tee shirts, and their latest stuff is 1D related. Totally amaze.
Target-I get my cami's there, and it also has great graphic tees as well as loose tank tops. I love their bikinis. ♥
Aeropostale-This has nice long sleeved shirts and henleys. I also like the sweatpants & dorm stuff.
Claire's-I go here for my preppy must haves. Alittle overpriced for what it is, but I went a couple days ago and got 10 things for 10 dollars. ♥
Marshalls-Amazing shoe department, I found BCBG shoes there for like $30. The clothes are all designer and low priced!!!
Pac Sun-The. Most. AMAZING. Swimsuits. Ever.
Wet Seal- I like their tops sometimes. It's not my #1, but I'll take it.
Ulta Beauty-My neighbor works there so I get a lot of coupons. They have TONS of makeup stuff, always my #1 beauty supply store.
